SalesForce Administrator

Location: Headquarters – Hauppauge, New York 11788

Your Opportunity:

The Accounting profession is going through a major transformation as it moves to the cloud, which is why this is a very exciting time to come onboard. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the critical sales operation functions required to support our robust sales and marketing workflows. This role reports to the SVP-Sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator.
  • An undergraduate degree in Business. A concentration in Accounting would be a real plus.
  • Certified as a Salesforce Administrator with a keen eye towards safety and security.
  • Experience using Salesforce tools/functions including but not limited to Sales Cloud, High Velocity Sales, Automation Workflows, Data Loader, Sales Cadences, Campaigns, Lightning Reporting and Dashboard Creation. A working knowledge of Einstein Analytics and Salesforce API integrations is a positive.
  • A working knowledge of Marketo as a Marketing Automation console and Apex, HTML and JavaScript would be a plus.
  • Collaborative team player who is also able to work independently and be comfortable in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Additional certifications in Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder and Platform Developer are highly desirable.

What you will do:

  • Manage all aspects of the Salesforce instance and enhancements required to align with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) for AccountantsWorld.
  • Implement Salesforce release upgrades and conduct maintenance on an as needed basis.
  • Create Dashboards, Lightening Reports, Sales Cadences, Automation Workflows and Einstein.
  • Analytics for the Executives, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
  • Test and Implement third-party software that integrate with the Salesforce (Marketo, Gong etc.).
  • Partner with the Development and Marketing teams on an as needed basis.
  • The role may operate from a virtual office but being local to Long Island is a plus.

Software Developer

Required Qualifications:

  • Design/Architect and Develop highly scalable web-based Payroll Relief solutions.
  • Lead a team of software engineers/developers.
  • Build Application for Accounts and Payroll processing using Microsoft .Net Technologies ASP.NET MVC, WEB API, REST API, WCF Services, SQL Server etc.
  • Coding, Unit Testing & Deployment.

Product Support Specialist

Sales – Professional Development Consultant

Role and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

What you will do:

  • Meet / Exceed sales quota targets for the month/quarter and year.
