Until now, you've been able to access Payroll Relief 24/7 from any computer with Internet access. Now, even if you're out of the office or away from a computer, you can still complete your payrolls without delay by using Payroll Relief from any mobile WiFi device that supports a browser.

If you are logging in as an accountant, first select the client whose payrolls you wish to process. The Main Menu will then appear. If you are logging in as a client, you will see the Main Menu immediately

From our Mobile Main Menu, you can: Select Pay Employees to enter hours and earnings, create and finalize checks, and deliver checks via e-mail. Select Payroll History to review any finalized payrolls.

Enter Data and Create Checks

The Payroll List displays all employees to be paid along with their total default hours. From here you may: Click any employee's Total Hours column to review or edit their hours or earnings using the Paycheck Entry screen. You can enter overtime or paid time off hours, enter bonus/commission earnings, and skip the employee if they are not to be paid this payroll. Once you are satisfied with the payroll data entered, Payroll Relief Mobile calculates the payroll and lets you review and finalize it.

Review and Finalize

Once the paychecks have been calculated, a summary of total checks, gross pay, and net checks appears. From here you can review the payroll in more detail and finalize. Click Review to review hours and gross pay for all employees. From here, click any employee's Hours or Gross Pay column to view a Paycheck Review for that employee. Click Finalize to update compliance forms, process direct deposits, and prevent any further changes to the payroll.

View/E-Mail/Archive Checks and Reports

After finalization, the system displays the Payroll Summary screen, where you can view, e-mail, and/or archive checks and reports. Click View Checks to review a .PDF file of each employee's paycheck and stub. Click View Reports to review the Finalization Reports generated when the payroll was finalized. This group of reports includes the Payroll Register and the Tax Deposits and Liabilities Report. Under E-Mail, click Reports or Checks to e-mail these documents to the address you set up in Payroll Relief Company Information. If you e-mail a set of checks, they will be marked as recorded, on the assumption that they will be physically printed by the recipient. A set of checks cannot be e-mailed twice. Under CyberCabinet, archive Reports or Checks to the appropriate folder in the client's CyberCabinet. A confirmation message will appear. Archiving checks to CyberCabinet provides greater security than e-mailing the checks.

Payroll History

If you select the Payroll History option from the Main Menu, you can review any finalized payroll, whether processed through your mobile device or your PC. Select the desired payroll to return to the Payroll Summary screen
